Biography
Dr. Kung takes pride in creating comfortable and long-term trusting relationships with all his patients, with the goal to resolve any gastrointestinal disturbances to the best of his abilities while maintaining an environment where patients have a full understanding of their diagnosis, evaluation process, and reasons for treatment. Dr Kung is also a strong believer in treating the mind and body as a whole. He is a strong advocate for good, consistent general health & wellness, exercise, happiness, and peace of mind.
Dr. Kung received his degree at St. George’s University in 2012. He then completed Internal Medicine residency at Harbor UCLA Medical Center in 2015, Gastroenterology fellowship at the University of California, San Francisco-Fresno Medical Education Program in 2018, and finally an Advanced Therapeutic Endoscopy fellowship at Harbor UCLA Medical Center in 2019.
Dr. Jonathan Kung has practiced Internal Medicine for 11 years and has practiced Gastroenterology for 8 years.
